Draft — accurate today, re-check before launch

True of the current build, which sets authentication cookies only. Adding analytics or error tracking changes both this page and whether a consent banner is required.

Cookies

Last updated 2026-09-01

OrganMatch sets only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in. There are no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and nothing that follows you to other sites.

What we set

CookiePurposeLifetime
access_tokenKeeps you signed in between requests7 days
refresh_tokenRenews your session so you are not signed out mid-experiment7 days

Both are strictly necessary: without them you cannot stay signed in. Under the ePrivacy Directive, cookies of this kind do not require consent, which is why you are not shown a cookie banner.

If that changes

If we later add analytics or error tracking, those are not strictly necessary. We would ask for your consent before setting them, and you would be able to refuse without losing access to the platform.

Turning them off

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking these two will sign you out and prevent you from signing back in — the platform will not work without them.
