Abstract

Zhu et al. established brain metastasis organoids from patients with lung and breast cancer brain metastases, retaining the mutational landscape and brain tropism-specific molecular features of the original tumors. This biobank enables personalized drug sensitivity screening with emphasis on identifying BBB-penetrant therapeutics.
