Abstract

Eisemann et al. developed GBM organoid models of acquired temozolomide resistance through chronic drug exposure, demonstrating MGMT-dependent and -independent resistance mechanisms. The platform enables testing of combination strategies to overcome TMZ resistance in recurrent GBM, the primary clinical challenge in glioblastoma management.
