Abstract

Lane et al. combined CRISPR/Cas9 gene correction of RPGR mutations in patient-derived iPSCs with retinal organoid differentiation, creating isogenic pairs that revealed ciliary localization defects as the primary pathogenic mechanism in X-linked retinitis pigmentosa.
