Abstract

Muller et al. generated three-dimensional sensory ganglion organoids from human iPSCs that self-organize into DRG-like structures containing multiple sensory neuron subtypes alongside satellite glial cells, with functional responses to nociceptive, mechanical, and thermal stimuli.
