Abstract

Wang et al. compared prenatal nicotine and e-cigarette condensate exposure effects on cortical organoids, demonstrating that both disrupt cortical development through nAChR-mediated premature differentiation and altered neural network oscillations, with implications for ADHD-like neurodevelopmental outcomes and e-cigarette safety policy.
