Abstract
Yazawa et al. generated iPSC-CMs from Timothy syndrome patients carrying the CACNA1C G406R mutation, demonstrating delayed L-type calcium channel inactivation, prolonged action potentials, and irregular calcium cycling. Roscovitine was identified as a therapeutic candidate that rescues the electrophysiological phenotype by restoring calcium channel kinetics.
