Abstract

Burridge et al. demonstrated that iPSC-CMs from breast cancer patients who developed clinical doxorubicin cardiotoxicity were more sensitive to doxorubicin in vitro than those from resilient patients. This personalized approach enables individual risk stratification and identified genetic variants associated with anthracycline susceptibility.
