Abstract
Sharma et al. screened 21 FDA-approved tyrosine kinase inhibitors against iPSC-CMs, developing a cardiac safety index that correlates with clinical cardiotoxicity reports from the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System. The study identified VEGFR/PDGFR pathway inhibition as the primary mechanism and established a scalable preclinical screening paradigm for oncology cardiotoxicity.
