Abstract

Mathur et al. developed a microfluidic heart-on-chip with continuous perfusion of iPSC-CMs, demonstrating that flow-based drug exposure shifts IC50 values closer to clinical plasma concentrations compared to static culture. The platform provides pharmacokinetically relevant drug testing in a format compatible with multi-organ chip integration.
