Abstract

Huebsch et al. generated a GCaMP6f calcium reporter iPSC line via CRISPR knock-in at the AAVS1 safe harbor locus. The resulting iPSC-CMs provide real-time, label-free calcium monitoring without dye loading toxicity, enabling chronic calcium imaging and high-throughput drug screening in 96/384-well format.
