Abstract

Ribeiro et al. developed a simple T3/dexamethasone/IGF-1 maturation cocktail that rapidly improves iPSC-CM maturation within two weeks. The protocol produces myosin isoform switching, improved contractile force, and accelerated calcium kinetics, providing a cost-effective maturation strategy accessible to standard laboratories.
