Abstract

Ruan et al. systematically optimized iPSC-CM maturation using factorial design combining electrical pacing, T3 hormone, fatty acids, and 3D culture in collagen EHTs. The triple combination achieves synergistic maturation exceeding any single cue, identifying the optimal multi-cue protocol for generating adult-like cardiac tissue.
