Abstract

Friedman et al. generated a single-cell RNA-seq atlas of iPSC-CM differentiation revealing the complete lineage trajectory, off-target populations, and novel cardiac progenitor markers. The atlas enables optimization of differentiation protocols and provides a reference for quality control of iPSC-CM manufacturing.
