Abstract

Noor et al. created the first fully personalized vascularized heart model 3D bioprinted from patient omental fat-derived iPSCs and ECM. The workflow from fat biopsy to bioprinted heart with vascular channels demonstrates complete personalization including immunocompatibility, advancing toward patient-specific cardiac tissue replacement.
