Abstract

Zimmermann et al. demonstrated that multi-loop EHT patches implanted epicardially in a large-animal MI model electrically integrate with host myocardium and improve systolic function. The Nature Medicine 2006 study established the foundational preclinical evidence for clinical EHT cardiac repair therapy.
