Xu et al. optimized iPSC-CM cryopreservation using CryoStor CS10 with controlled-rate freezing, achieving >80% post-thaw viability with beating recovery within 48 hours. Y-27632 ROCK inhibitor enhances post-thaw recovery, establishing a clinical supply chain-compatible protocol for off-the-shelf iPSC-CM products.
