Abstract

Resolved a longstanding challenge in human intestinal organoid culture by developing conditions that maintain full cellular diversity including secretory lineages. Replacing EGF with IGF-1/FGF-2 and removing p38 inhibitor enabled persistent multilineage differentiation over six months.
