Abstract
Established the first large-scale living organoid biobank from colorectal cancer patients with matched tumor and normal tissue pairs. Comprehensive genomic characterization and high-throughput drug screening demonstrated that organoids faithfully recapitulate tumor heterogeneity and can predict drug sensitivity.
