Abstract

Optimized the iPSC-derived intestinal organoid protocol for pharmaceutical drug absorption and metabolism studies. The refined system produces epithelial cells with functional drug transporters (P-gp) and metabolic enzymes (CYP3A4), providing a human-relevant platform for ADME testing.
