Abstract

Demonstrated that patient-derived CRC organoids can predict clinical response to irinotecan-based chemotherapy regimens in metastatic colorectal cancer. Prospective validation showed organoid drug sensitivity testing could be completed within clinical timelines, enabling real-world implementation.
