Abstract

Developed a TNF-α-driven intestinal organoid damage model recapitulating key epithelial pathology of IBD including barrier disruption and apoptosis. Anti-TNF biologics rescued damage in a dose-dependent manner, establishing a functional drug screening platform for inflammatory bowel disease therapeutics.
