Abstract
Engineered a water-soluble next-generation surrogate Wnt agonist that bypasses the need for lipid-modified Wnt3A in intestinal organoid culture. NGS-Wnt provides equivalent stem cell support with superior stability and batch-to-batch consistency, enabling defined and GMP-compatible organoid culture conditions.
