Abstract

Achieved the first complete Cryptosporidium parvum life cycle in human intestinal organoids through microinjection of oocysts into the organoid lumen. This breakthrough enabled long-term culture of a previously unculturable parasite and established a platform for anti-parasitic drug screening.
