Abstract
Established organoids from four intestinal regions demonstrating stable retention of regional identity through HOX gene expression and site-specific drug metabolism patterns. Duodenal organoids expressed highest CYP3A4 levels, supporting regional drug metabolism profiling for oral drug development.
