Abstract

Established duodenal organoids from celiac disease patients that recapitulate gliadin-induced barrier dysfunction through zonulin release and tight junction disassembly. Celiac-derived organoids showed enhanced innate immune responses compared to controls, providing a platform for celiac drug development.
