Abstract

Demonstrated that organoid forskolin-induced swelling predicts clinical ivacaftor response for rare CFTR mutations lacking clinical trial data. This paradigm enables drug access through compassionate use programs and has been accepted for reimbursement decisions in the Netherlands.
