Abstract

Achieved the first successful orthotopic transplantation of intestinal organoids into damaged mouse colon, with donor-derived epithelium forming functional self-renewing crypts producing all epithelial lineages, establishing proof-of-principle for organoid-based intestinal regenerative therapy.
