Abstract

Pettinato et al. (Harvard/MGH) zeigten, dass die Zugabe von T3 (Triiodothyronin) und Dexamethasone zum Differenzierungsprotokoll die hepatozelluläre Reifung iPSC-abgeleiteter Leberorganoids signifikant verbesserte: 3-fach höhere Albumin-Sekretion, 5-fach höhere CYP3A4-Aktivität. Grundlegendes Maturation-Enhancement-Protokoll für drug-metabolism-relevante Anwendungen.
