Abstract

Bell et al. (Karolinska/AstraZeneca, Archives of Toxicology 2017) validierten PHH-3D-Sphäroide für APAP-Hepatotoxizität: 14-fach sensitiver als 2D-Kulturen, mit APAP-Addukt-Bildung und CYP2E1-abhängigem ROS-Mechanismus. N-Acetylcystein (klinisches Antidot) zeigte dosisabhängigen Rescue. Standardprotokoll für APAP-Toxikologie in 3D-Systemen.
