Abstract

Andrews und Teichmann et al. (Sanger/HCA, Nature Methods 2021) etablierten räumliche Transkriptomik (10x Visium) in Leberorganoid-Schnitten und erstellten den ersten räumlichen Genexpressionsatlas von Leberorganoids mit Zonierungskartierung (GS pericentral, ARG1 periportal). Die hohe Übereinstimmung mit nativer Leber validiert Organoids als geotrope Modelle.
