Abstract

MacParland und McGilvray et al. (Toronto UHN, Nature Communications 2018) erstellten den ersten vollständigen Human Liver Cell Atlas mit scRNA-seq: 20 Zelltypen identifiziert, darunter zwei Kupffer-Zell-Subpopulationen, drei LSEC-Subtypen und zonierte Hepatozyten-Subpopulationen. Der Atlas dient als Standard-Referenz für Organoid-Fidelitätsbewertung und zelltypspezifische Drug Target Discovery.
