Abstract

Innovative self-assembly protocol combining iPSC-derived keratinocytes, fibroblasts, and endothelial progenitors into vascularized spheroid skin organoids under xeno-free conditions. Demonstrates both in vitro pharmaceutical testing utility and in vivo wound healing capacity via cell-suspension transplantation.
