Abstract

Demonstrates that 3D spheroid culture restores the hair follicle-inducing capacity of human dermal papilla cells lost in conventional 2D culture. Achieved first human hair follicle neogenesis from cultured cells, driven by Wnt pathway reactivation in 3D conditions.
